Full of creative spirit and a love of film making, Vern was inspired by Palmer’s create vision in his conceptualization of the Huntress Legend. Putting in hundreds of uncompensated hours to make this dream come true it truly has been a labor of love to get Batman:Legends off the ground. We thank you Vern, for your tireless efforts.
Many of the Cast members have teens, so when we needed to produce teenagers for our shoot in Montana, Many of our own children got to play those roles. Weare also grateful to thank The kids from Montana that volunteered to be on set with us. And to all the kids for bearing a few very long hours in a cold prison to make these scenes happen.
All the kids had the opportunity to adopt their own “Patient in Arkham Asylum” Persona. Some took it a bit more to heart than others.
Jim Tilley played our multi-use guard, which Jim tells us has been his role in many stage productions at the Cutler Bros. Theater in Deer Lodge MT.
It’s impressive when a doctor can maintain caring and avoid corruption in a city like Gotham. But Rex was well up to the challenge. This speaks a great deal for Rex’s acting chops, but when the original actress we had lined up for this role had to pull out at the last minute due to illness, Rex was ready to pick up the script and jump right into helping us complete these crucial scenes.
We truly appreciate Kyle’s willingness to be in the makeup chair for what will work out to roughly a hundred times his on-screen time, but the prosthetic nose turned out great, Kyle made a great Penguin and brought a great deal of joy and laughter to the shoot.
